PRESS RELEASE: Vincent Pici replaces James Luke, who accepted a position as a Plan Examiner for the City’s Building Department.

YONKERS: As Commissioner, Vincent Pici will evaluate building designs, construction plans and proposals; authorize issuance of building permits; supervise and participate in inspections of buildings and other construction projects; oversee collection of permit fees, annual renewal fees and more.
Prior to joining the City of Yonkers, Vincent Pici served as the Bronxville Village Engineer and supervised the Building, Planning, Zoning and Engineering functions for the Village of Bronxville for over 30 years.
Previously, Vincent Pici worked as a Construction Coordinator for Westchester Medical Center. Pici holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and a Masters of Public Administration from Pace University.
Vincent Pici is a licensed professional engineer in New York and Connecticut.
