Run-off projections increased

Doug Johnson from the Saskatchewan Water Security Agency discussed flooding projections for southeast Saskatchewan during an open house in Estevan on April 3. The agency is calling for "well above normal" runoff in the Estevan area, and "very high runoff" in the Weyburn area.
