New York State Sen. Shelley Mayer is doubling down on her call for MGM to drop a lawsuit against victims of last year’s Las Vegas massacre.
And if it doesn't, the state should consider nixing the company’s bid to buy Empire City Casino and Yonkers Raceway.
“I’ve expressed my views and I’m waiting to hear back whether they’ve changed their posture,” Shelley Mayer, a Yonkers Democrat, told The Journal News/lohud.
“And if they haven’t, I intend to continue to have my voice heard.”...
