YONKERS - State Sen. Shelley Mayer says she is ready to pull out of a deal with MGM Resorts after the company filed a lawsuit against victims of the Las Vegas shooting.

MGM Resorts had put in a bid to purchase the Empire City Casino in Yonkers. However, it still needs state approval before anything can move forward.....
