PRESS RELEASE: From its first purchase of a six-unit multifamily property in Yonkers, Trion has grown its portfolio to include over 2,000 apartments throughout New York and Connecticut valued at over $500 million.
Trion Real Estate Management and Holdings celebrated its 40th anniversary with a cocktail and dinner party at the Ritz Carlton in White Plains.
“We are so thankful to the Trion staff and the many colleagues for being an integral part of the company’s growth over the past four decades. We are grateful for all their hard work, talent and dedication,” said Carmelo Milio, president of Trion Management & Holdings.
Trion was founded by Milio’s parents, Filippo and Fernanda Milio, who bought their first building in 1977 with a $5,000 down payment that they had received in wedding gifts.
