Joan Gronowski (D) will announce her candidacy for the 3^rd District City Council seat on Thursday, March 22^nd, at 1:00 pm in front of Woodstock Manor,755 Palisade Avenue, Yonkers.  Ms. Gronowski is a lifelong resident of Yonkers, and a former City of Yonkers employee.
