Himachal Pradesh University hit by water scarcity

Himachal Pradesh University and its different hostels. Students on Sunday complained that all taps in the campus have gone dry since last three days, which is affecting working of laboratories and libraries, besided causing general inconvenience to students, especially the hostellers.
