POLICE: He was arrested while in court on another matter
YORKTOWN, NY — A Yonkers man was accused of burglarizing a Yorktown gas station last year. Yorktown police charged #OmarAbulteen, 29, of Yonkers, with third-degree burglary, a felony.
Police said they investigated a commercial burglary at the Gulf station located at 3451 Crompond Road that happened March 4, 2018.
Evidence was recovered at the scene that linked Abulteen to the crime, police said.
According to authorities, Abulteen entered the gas station, causing damage and stealing property.
He was indicted on the burglary charge in Westchester County Court.....
