A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of forcibly touching his victim without consent and a previous rape conviction has been remanded to the Westchester County Department of Corrections.
The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 57-year-old Jack Williams, who had lived on Livingston Avenue but reported a move to Cedar Place in Yonkers.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Williams as a Level 3 threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.” He has also been designated as a sexually violent offender......
