The Senate appears poised to vote to reject Trump's emergency declaration allowing millions of dollars to be redirected from other areas to build a wall on the Mexico-U.S. border.
This will certainly undermine Trump's claim that the majority of Americans support him declaring a national emergency so that he can build his 'ego' wall.
