My name is #DagobertoEspiritu and I am one of the members who have set up this go fund me campaign on behalf of this foundation.
As A foundation in New York we have been active in the community to help other people in need in the past but due to this disaster in our country we understand that we must do something to help the people of #Mexico.
We understand that there is a lot of help being asked for everywhere you turn and that as a donor you want your money to be used to help the people of Mexico because you wish you could be helping yourself and this is the next best thing to doing that.
I will make sure and the members will make sure to get this money to the people who need it and will be sending a representative or representatives to work with the communities that were affected in this tragedy.
It is our most sencere intention to join in that human chain that we see by the citizens of Mexico and people of other nations that have joined in this effort every time we turn on the news.

YONKERS BIRDBRAIN: Ex-Yonkers official #LorraineLopez pocketed $6K in cash meant to buy turkey dinners for the poor
A former Yonkers mayoral aide pleaded guilty Tuesday to stealing thousands of donated dollars that were supposed to pay for Thanksgiving dinners for the needy.
Lorraine Lopez ran the city’s 2011 Turkey Drive, which got about $5,600 in donations from a construction company called Yonkers Contracting Corporation Inc.
But when the company checked to see how the drive was going, city officials discovered Lopez — who had just retired from her post as special assistant to then-Mayor Philip Amicone — had cashed the checks.
They also found no record that Lopez spent any of the dough on turkey and trimmings for the poor.
