SWAPPING SEATS: Yonkers State Senator George Latimer's Win Over Kenneth Jenkins Has The Yonkers Democratic Brain Trust Making Plans
The Yonkers Democratic City Committee evidently cast its votes for the change they believed in on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, by making DPW Commissioner Tom Meier its chairman.
It Looks like the Yonkers Tribune's prediction of Mayor #MikeSpano seeking a term limit extention is not going to come true.
Yonkers Democratic Party insiders now say that if George Latimer defeats #RobAstorino, the Mayor #MikeSpano might be interested in his New York State Senate Seat.
Thus allowing Yonkers State Assembly Woman Shelley Mayer To Run To Be The Yonkers Mayor.
Which would allow soon to be termed out Yonkers City Council Minority Leader Michael Sabatino To Take Shelley Mayer's seat in Albany.
But Current County Legislator Kenneth Jenkins or City Council President Liam McLaughlin may think they would be better candidates for the mayoral seat.
